Hi, I’m Chopper! I’m a 10 month old mixed breed male.
The shelters best guess at my breed would be a heeler mix! I’m a very high energy dog. I would do best in an active home who will work with me on burning off energy. I could be a great companion for hiking! I can be a bit shy when meeting new people but treats are the best way to earn my trust! I can nip people a bit because of my breed, it is instinct to me if people go too fast, because of this I should be in a home with older children who can understand that better. I’m a good boy who just wants to love you and get your attention.
Likes: treats, playing
Dislikes: not being able to play all the time
Cats: not tested but not likely
Dogs: proper introductions needed
Kids: over 12, please!
Potty trained: mostly, I still have some accidents though
My adoption fee would be $500.
When adopting, the fee you pay gets you an animal that is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and spayed or neutered. If they are not of age to have been spayed or neutered, a purchase order is sent to the vet that covers a large portion of their surgery.
