Meet Olive!! Olive is a spayed 2.5yr old Beagle/Pointer/Harrier cross. Olive has been fine with other dogs and kids. We do not know about cats. Olive is a beagle cross and with that comes her talking, she is loud when she meets new dogs and people and when she gets excited. Although she has been faily quiet at the shelter, this may change as she becomes more confortable in a new home. She is a bit timid at first but warms up quickly and loves attention and snuggles. She does like to escape at times and follow her nose and has been known to chase cars at her previous home. He came to us through bylaw from one of the communities so we son't know much about his history.
He is a very sweet dog, has shown no dog reactivity at the shelter in his kennel or on leash.
Aklavik can be a bit timid at first and take some time to get used to new things, he is only learning to walk on leash, but is doing well. He would suit most homes, but would thrive in a active home with continued training.
