Thumper
Description
Meet Thumper! Thumper is a beautiful 4-year-old German Shepherd who’s patiently waiting for her forever home. She’s spayed and has a sweet, gentle soul that will thrive with a patient and understanding family. Thumper can be a little timid, so she needs a home where she can adjust at her own pace. She would do best with older children who can respect her boundaries and help her feel secure. If you have other pets, proper introductions will be key to ensuring a smooth transition. Once she feels comfortable, Thumper adores a good scritch behind the ears and will reward your love with quiet companionship. If you’re looking for a loyal and gentle friend who will blossom with kindness and care, Thumper could be the perfect match for you.

Enzo
Description
**IN FOSTER**
Hi, I’m Enzo! I’m a 3 year old mixed breed male.
When I first got to the shelter I was afraid, unsure and skinny. They are slowly helping me gain some weight and some trust. I really crave love and attention but get uneasy when receiving it, it is just a lot for me to process! I can be quite scared around men and some women, especially through the fence. I will need my person to go slow with me and really build a bond with me. I am very food motivated, it makes it easier for me to trust you if you’ve got good snacks.
Thank you to Briar Rose Photography - Whitehorse, Yukon Photographer for taking pictures for us! Follow her on Facebook. Follow her on Instagram @briar.rose.photography.design
Likes: treats, people going slow with me
Dislikes: unpredictable movements and strangers
Cats: not tested
Dogs: I haven’t met many, proper introductions needed
Kids: over 12 please
Potty trained: mostly, I still have the occasional accident
My adoption fee would be $450.
Thank you to Klondike Office Solutions for sponsoring Enzo’s kennel! We appreciate your support.
When adopting, the fee you pay gets you an animal that is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and spayed or neutered. If they are not of age to have been spayed or neutered, a purchase order is sent to the vet that covers a large portion of their surgery.
If you’re interested in adopting this animal please stop by or call the shelter at (867) 633-6019. At that point, we can fill out our questionnaire and we can talk about adoption!
