Five is a 2yr old retriever cross. She is a medium sized dog, around 40lbs. She came in with her sister Trinket and while they could be adopted together, they are also fine to adopt on their own. Five is sweet but can be unsure and timid at first and will need a home that can be patient with her. She would likely be fine with other dogs, cats and children. Five is an escape artist and will need to be kept on leash at first and if left outside will need a secure fenced yard. She would suit an active family. She has been spayed and her adoption fee is 400$

YB

Description

Meet YB,

We have very little information about YB as he was left at our front door. He is a 7yr old medium sized, short coated dog. He does have some limitations and will need a very specific home. YB has had a behavioral evaluation from Wise Canine, that anyone interested in adopting him is welcome to read. YB would not do well in a busy home, he is not good with children or other dogs and will likely not be in the future. We don’t know how he would be with cats.

YB is incredibly nervous of new people, but he will warm up to them with time. We would suggest that anyone interested in him makes a few visits to get to know him, take him for a walk and maybe out for the day before committing to taking him home. He would be best in a quiet home as strangers coming and going will probably always be tough for him.

YB is neutered and his adoption fee has been reduced to $200 in the hopes of finding him the right home.

Description

Meet the 4 Seasons Litter,

These 9 week old puppies are pretty typical Yukon Specials, we don’t really know all the breeds in there but they are pretty darn cute. They will be medium to large dogs. They are also a bit on the timid side, but they warm up quickly to people and are ready to find their forever homes.

There are 3 boys and 1 girl in this litter. Left to right we have :

Wheat - In Foster

Description

Meet Wheat,

Wheat is a 2yr old cattle dog cross. He is medium sized, about 40lbs. Wheat came in with his mom Roti. Roti has since found her forever home and now Wheat is looking for his. Some things you NEED to know about Wheat.

He has a heart murmur and heart disease, it is level 2/3, and at this point he does not need meds and was able to be safely neutered. However he will need checkups every 9-12 months and his new owners should be aware that the heart disease may progress, he may need meds in the future, and his life span may be less than it otherwise could have been. We recommend that he is booked for a consultation with his new family's vet soon after adoption. Otherwise Wheat is a healthy guy.

He is a bit nervous and unsure, but very sweet and tries hard. He would benefit from a home that will spend time, use positive reinforcement training and go at his pace for new things. Wheat will likely be ok with other dogs with proper introductions. We are not sure about cats, and would probably be best suited to a home with older kids. His adoption fee is 400$
