Hi, I’m Zuri! I’m a 1 year old husky/lab female.
I’m a special girl who needs a special home. When I first got to the shelter, I was very fearful and overstimulated. It was very hard for me to transition to being cared for here and I still struggle some days. The staff are working with me on getting me comfortable with having a leash on and trying to work with me on not mouthing people when I’m overwhelmed. I really love toys, especially balls so a good way to help me redirect my energy is with those. I also love treats! I’m incredibly food motivated. I will need a calm, quiet home with no children. I need a family who will help me with my confidence building and help work with me through my anxiety.

Dogs: proper introductions needed

My adoption fee would be $450.
When adopting, the fee you pay gets you an animal that is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and spayed or neutered. If they are not of age to have been spayed or neutered, a purchase order is sent to the vet that covers a large portion of their surgery.
