Meet Maggie!!! Maggie is a 1yr old medium sized cattle dog/rottweiller. Maggie is a lovely, sweet dog. However she does have a fair bit of anxiety and is currently on anxiety meds. She did not have the best start to her life, after being rescued she was being cared for by people that loved her and wanted to keep her but they where unable to manage her separation anxiety, which manifested as destructive behavior. Maggie has been fairly easygoing at the shelter and has shown no destructive behavior here. However she is always around other dogs and we feel that she would likely do well in a home with a confident dog to help her. She would probably be best in a home with older children, solely due to her current anxiety. She is good to take on walks and loves people. If you are someone committed to ongoing training, with patience and perhaps another confident dog... you might be the home Maggie needs. She has now been spayed and is ready to find a new home.
